This notice describes how Foundry Planning, LLC (“Foundry”) handles personal information of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the CCPA/CPRA). It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you use Foundry, we collect identifiers (such as name and email), account and firm information, commercial information (such as your subscription and billing records), and internet activity related to your use of the Service. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us.

We use personal information to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions and payments, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Disclosure to service providers

We share personal information with service providers that help us run the Service — for example, hosting, authentication (Clerk), and payment processing (Stripe) — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.

5. We do not sell or share your personal information

Foundry does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Submit a request to support@foundryplanning.com. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
